Terms and Conditions

Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to train with Profit From Training.  The following conditions are therefore intended to be as simple as possible whilst protecting our viability as the leading supplier of training to the Tyre and Fast Fit industry. 

1.  Bookings may be made by fax, letter, telephone or e-mail.  

2.   Payment should be made within 30 days of the receipt of our invoice, or in advance with your

     booking, in which case you will receive a receipted invoice as acknowledgment.

3.   Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer to another Profit From Training course,

then the following charges will apply:

     More than 2 weeks prior to the course ……… No charge

     Less than 2 weeks prior to the course  ……... A transfer fee of £15 may be charged

4.   If you have to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at

     the time of cancellation, the following charges will apply:

     More than 2 weeks prior to the course ……………….. No charge

     From 5 to 13 working days prior to the course ………. 50% of course fees

     Up to 5 working days inc non attendance ……………. Full fees plus hotel costs*

     (Cancellation or transfer must be made in writing and received by the due date)

5.   If you arrive late for a course, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we

     feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining.  In all such cases, the

     full course fee remains payable.

6.   All the above charges may be waived at the absolute discretion of the management of Profit

     From training if it is thought this is warranted by the circumstances.

7.   Profit From Training reserve the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to

     run a viable course.  You will be given as much notice as possible of this and an offer of a

     free transfer to another course date, or a full refund of fees paid.

8.   Where a customer has not paid previous course fees, Profit From Training reserves the right

     to cancel a booking and charge a cancellation fee where appropriate.

Guidelines to Candidates/Employers

1.   Many of the training courses offered by Profit from Training are physically demanding.  It is

     the employer’s responsibility to ensure that candidates are free from any condition which

     could affect their capability, and have the aptitude to cope with an intensive course of study.

2.   It is mandatory that students attending City & Guilds and IMI courses bring suitable protective clothing and safety footwear for the practical parts of the course.
