PFTP offer a range of awards from different awarding bodies allowing allowing us totral flexibility to meet our customer requirements. Candidates may choose to complete single awards to suit their own or company's needs or build towards nationally recognised awards.
Quality Assured Awards
QAA awards are our own set of awards specially tailored to meet the needs of the Tyre and Fast Fit trade. They are rigorously tested, approved and certificated by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) and cover all of the typical activities that a Tyre Technician or Fast Fit Technician may undertake.
NTDA Skills Testing Service
NTDA/City & Guilds skills test awards, are designed to meet the needs of Fitters within the Tyre and Fast Fit trade. They test the knowledge and practical competence of tyre and fast fitters in a formal, time honoured way. As the approved training provider for the NTDA, Profit From Training are able to offer a wide variety of courses to suit most Tyre and Fast-Fit depot needs. NVQ, VRQ and Apprenticeships
Ask anyone in the Tyre and fast Fit trade about qualifications and they will instinctively reply with 'City & Guilds'.
We are able to offer a range of qualifications awarded by City & Guilds including National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) Vocationally Related Qualifications (Technical Certificates) and Apprenticeships, All of these programmes can be found using the navigation buttons on the left.
Assessor Awards
The IMI assessor awards are nationally recognised level 3 awards for people wishing to assess candidates towards National Vocational Qualifications. Profit From Training are a registered centre for units A1 (Assessing candidates using a range of methods) and A2 (Assessing candidates'performance through observation)
