TRAIN TO GAIN ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
If you are interested in the Train to Gain programme, the following entry requirements must
be adhered to:

You must be fully employed in a company offering a suitable range of services to allow you to complete the award.

Your
company must employ no more than 250 people.

If you hold a level in a similar subject, you can upgrade to the next level.

If you hold
a level in a different subject, you can take that level again in your new subject

If your company employs more than 250 people, you
must NOT hold any of the qualifications below
School/College Qualifications
5 GCSE (grades a - c) or 'O' levels
5 CSE grade 1's
1 or
more 'A' levels
2 AS levels
Vocational (work related) Qualifications
BEC General Certificate/Diploma with credit
HND/HNC
Edexcel/BTEC 1st
Diploma or higher
City & Guilds Higher Operative or Craft
GNVQ Intermediate or higher
NVQ level 2, 3 or 4
Access Course
