Train to Gain
The Train to Gain programme has been introduced as a Government initiative to improve the skills of the British
workforce by offering every working individual, who haven't already done so, the opportunity to study towards level 2 and 3
NVQs and where required, basic adult numeracy and literacy skills.
The programme is not designed for young people entering into
the industry, but more for those who have been working in the industry for some time, but may not have been given the opportunity
to gain recognition for their skills.
